The act may be adapted to smaller stages and/or static height on request. 

Music and costuming as well as aspects of the artistic presentation are adjustable to production theme

Technical Requirements

Equipment and Performer Dimensions

• Solid 7/8" steel aerial hoop, 1m diameter and 1.5m cable-core cotton rope cord, 9kg

• Total weight of acrobats plus equipment approx. 135kg

• 5:1 pulley system (if required): 

Required Performance Space Dimensions

• Ceiling height minimum 6m (19.5ft)

• Clear floor space around point 4x5 meters (12x16 ft)

Rigging Points

• PREFERRED: One central ceiling point connected to aerial motor, capable of lifting two acrobats safely during dynamic loading (3500lb WLL)

• ALTERNATE: (IF INSTALLING 5:1 PULLEY SYSTEM): A height-adjustable aerial point on rated cable or static cord installed with pulleys, with the primary point centrally located where the performance will happen, and a secondary pulley located side stage above a suitable anchor (floor plate/pin rail/water ballast, etc). The aerial point must already be equipped with a swivel and carabiner, and a cleat or ascender must be installed on the floor anchor. If such a system does not already exist, please contact us to see about hiring a certified rigger to see if it's possible to install this system for your venue.

• Human-load bearing rigging points and floor anchor must be capable of supporting minimum working load 3500lbs each.

Lighting and Sound

• Sound system capable of connecting to or playing MP3 format music

• Lighting sufficient for performance safety covering entirety of working area 

Personnel

• One winch operator for winch operation and 1-2 pullers if on pulley system dependent on the system; we can provide our own winch operator and/or pullers if needed, please contact us

• A certified rigger is typically necessary for installation and/or verification of anchorage points and rigging.

• Estimates for cost of puller as well as rigging for site inspection, load-in and break-down can be made upon consultation

Rehearsal Requirements

• Approximately 15 minutes of staging time is necessary to verify all heights and stage space for the act with winch/pulley operators before going into technical rehearsal (lighting and running the act with sound and lights)

Artist Requirements

• Clean, dry room-temperature dressing room with access to toilets and mirrors with sufficient lighting

• Clean, unobstructed floor space sufficient to warm up, approximately 3x3 meters (10x10 ft)

• Access to fresh water

• Secure area for artists' personal belongings

• Artists and equipment must be kept secure from audience interference during the course of the act

Regarding Safety

• The artists reserve the right to inspect the security of the rigging and venue

• Concerns will be brought to the production as quickly as possible in order to seek resolution
